Welcome to Tawla 31. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Tawla 31 mobile application and website (the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account

• You may play anonymously or sign in with Apple/Google.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Virtual Currency and Purchases

Chips

The Service includes virtual currency called "Chips."

VIP Status and Virtual Items

• VIP Status and virtual items (board themes, trash talk packs, etc.) are licensed, not sold.
• All purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE, except as required by law.
• Virtual items have no real-world value.

No Gambling

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Use offensive language or imagery in your profile
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account

We may ban users who violate these rules without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Service and all content are owned by us or our licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.
• "Tawla 31" and associated logos are our trademarks.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party services including:

• Apple App Store / Google Play Store (payments)
• Firebase (analytics)
• Google AdMob (advertising)
• RevenueCat (purchase management)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

• No refunds will be provided
