Tawla 31 ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Tawla 31 mobile application and website (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information You Provide

• Account Information: Every installation gets an anonymous account. If you log in with Google or Apple, the login is held by Firebase Authentication, which stores what the provider supplies: the email address, and with Google also your Google name and profile picture. If you log in with an email address and password, Firebase Authentication stores the address and a protected form of the password, and sends the verification and password-reset emails. Our game server and the game never receive or use any of these; the game knows you only by your account ID and the display name you choose in the game.
• Game Data: Your game history, match statistics, and preferences.
• Purchases: Records of in-app purchases (chips, VIP status).

Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers.
• Usage Data: Features used, games played, session duration.
• Analytics Data: App performance, crash reports, user interactions.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Process in-app purchases
• Match you with other players
• Track your game statistics and rankings
• Send push notifications (if enabled)
• Display advertisements

• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

When you play Quick Match, your display name, rank, and gameplay stats are visible to the opponent you are matched with during that match.

Virtual Currency

The Service includes virtual currency ("Chips") that can be purchased or earned through gameplay.

Advertising

We display advertisements through Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized based on your interests and activity.

You can opt out of personalized advertising:

• Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization

Accounts, Log-in and Deletion

You can play without logging in. Logging in with Google, Apple or an email address attaches that login to the account you already have, so your name, rank and match history can be restored on another phone. Nothing moves to the provider, and the provider learns nothing about your play.

What we hold about an account: an account ID, a display name, a rating and level, and the record of the online matches it played. The email address behind a Google or Apple login, and with Google the name and picture, are held by Firebase Authentication, not by our game server.

Deleting your account: Settings > Account > Delete account, available to every player, logged in or not. Deletion removes your name, rating, level, match history and the login itself, at once and for good. Your past opponents keep their own match records, with your name replaced by "Deleted player". For an Apple login, deleting from an iPhone also revokes the login with Apple; deleting from an Android phone or by email cannot, and the entry can be removed under Settings > Apple ID > Sign in with Apple. Usage statistics after deletion: we keep aggregate usage statistics (how many matches were played, how many players returned) so that they stay accurate, with your account ID removed from them. We ask Google Analytics to delete the data it holds under your account ID, and we remove the ID from our own copy of that data.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your account from the app at any time, or request deletion without the app.

After you delete your account, we keep a one-way hash of your device identifier and a count of the accounts created and deleted on that device, for up to 12 months, to prevent abuse. It is not linked to your deleted account and cannot be turned back into the identifier.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
