Tawla 31 lets every player delete their account from inside the app, logged in or not. If you no longer have the app, an account with a Google, Apple or email login can be deleted by email.
Deletion is immediate. You return to the home screen as a new player with a new name.
If your account has a Google, Apple or email login, write to support@tawla31.live with the subject "Delete my account" and tell us the email address of that login. We send a confirmation message to that address; reply to it, and we delete the account. Expect this within 7 days.
For an Apple login with Hide My Email, the login's address is the one Apple created for Tawla 31, which you can find on your iPhone under Settings > Apple ID > Sign in with Apple > Tawla 31. You cannot send from that address, so write to us from any address and include it; our confirmation message reaches your inbox through Apple's relay, and your reply to it is what confirms the request.
A Guest profile has no email address or login behind it, so there is nothing that proves a request comes from its owner: a display name and recent opponents are visible to everyone who played against it. For that reason a Guest profile can only be deleted from inside the app, on the phone that holds it. Reinstalling the app on the same phone usually restores the same profile, which can then be deleted from Settings.
Deleting from an iPhone also revokes the login with Apple, so Tawla 31 disappears from your Apple ID's "Sign in with Apple" list. Deleting from an Android phone, or by email, cannot do that: Apple only hands out the revocation code on an iPhone. The account is deleted all the same; to remove the entry, open Settings > Apple ID > Sign in with Apple > Tawla 31 and choose "Stop using Apple ID".

من دون التطبيق: إن كان حسابك مرتبطاً بتسجيل دخول Google أو Apple أو بالبريد الإلكتروني، فراسلنا على support@tawla31.live واذكر عنوان البريد الخاص بذلك التسجيل. نرسل رسالة تأكيد إلى ذلك العنوان، وبردّك عليها نحذف الحساب خلال 7 أيام. مع ميزة "إخفاء بريدي" من Apple، العنوان هو الذي أنشأته Apple للتطبيق، وتجده في الإعدادات > Apple ID > تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple؛ لا يمكنك الإرسال منه، لكن رسالتنا تصلك عبره وردّك عليها هو التأكيد.
تسجيل دخول Apple: الحذف من iPhone يلغي أيضاً ربط التطبيق بحساب Apple ID. أما الحذف من Android أو عبر البريد فلا يمكنه ذلك؛ يُحذف الحساب على أي حال، ولإزالة التطبيق من قائمة "تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple" افتح الإعدادات > Apple ID > تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple > Tawla 31 واختر إيقاف الاستخدام.
الملفات من دون تسجيل دخول (الضيوف): لا يمكن إثبات ملكية ملف ضيف من خارج التطبيق، لأن اسم العرض والخصوم الأخيرين ظاهرون لكل من لعب ضده. لذلك لا يُحذف ملف الضيف إلا من داخل التطبيق على الهاتف الذي يحمله.
ما يُحذف: اسمك وتقييمك ومستواك وسجل مبارياتك، والحساب وتسجيل الدخول نفسه، ومعرّف حسابك في Google Analytics وفي نسختنا من البيانات. ما يبقى: سجلات خصومك مع ظهور اسمك كـ"لاعب محذوف"، والإحصاءات الإجمالية بعد إزالة معرّفك، وسجل بأن الحساب حُذف (المعرّف ووقت الحذف فقط).
